Who we are

What we collect

• Enquiry form: your name, company, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, the products and quantities you are interested in, delivery terms and your message.
• Email and messages: whatever you choose to send us directly.
• Website usage: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records which pages are visited, approximate location (country or city), device and browser type, and how visitors arrived. It does not tell us who you are.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and send prices, specifications, samples and quotations.
• To prepare and carry out orders, shipping and export documents.
• To understand which pages are useful so we can improve the website.

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored in our customer records system, Zoho CRM, hosted by Zoho in India. Our email is provided by Zoho Mail. Website analytics are processed by Google. The website itself is hosted in India. We share your details with others only when needed to fulfil an order (for example freight forwarders, customs brokers, banks and certification bodies) or when required by law.

The site works without cookies. Analytics cookies are set only if you click “Accept” on the cookie notice. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link below, or by clearing cookies in your browser.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we are in contact about a possible or actual order, and business records for the period required by Indian tax and foreign-trade rules. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by writing to info@bluviraexports.com. We will reply within 30 days. These rights apply under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and similar laws in your country.
